The Windows update was supposed to come out in early October and got delayed because of it deleting everyone's files. I was reading through more questions on this site and I saw that was one of them. The replies were on November 10th, and you said the update would come out a week or so after that.
It's now December 15th. Either I can't get the update or you just haven't got the update out yet. Do you have an estimate of when it'll release?
